Potato and onion omelette is really simple

Today I made a potato and onion omelet. I found that the pie made from the bottom of the potato is good. Another day we will try to make a pizza with potatoes. I like this one-pot-one-meal practice, which is especially suitable for one person or for home People make breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 potato

1 green pepper

Half onion

Bacon 3-4 slices

3 eggs

Milk 100ml

Minced garlic

Salt to taste

Slice potatoes, soak them in water, remove excess starch, remove and drain; Potatoes are smaller and sliced thinner (my potato is a bit big and not thin enough)

Onion, green pepper, bacon shredded into pieces, garlic mince;

Pour milk into the egg, sprinkle appropriate amount of black pepper and salt, and stir well;You can have more eggs, don’t put too much milk, otherwise it will not be formed after too much moisture;

Pour a little oil in the pan, fry the potato chips until they are transparent, and serve; cut the potato chips thinly to fry them quickly, and the potato chips will become soft after frying, which is convenient for subsequent operations;

Pour less oil on the bottom of the pan, add minced garlic and fry until fragrant, add green peppers and onions and fry until soft, then add bacon and stir fry;

Spread a layer of oil on the pan, put the fried potato chips in, and flatten them;

Spread the fried green pepper, onion and bacon on the potato chips;

Pour the egg mixture over medium and low heat, cover the pot, simmer for 10 minutes, wait until the egg mixture on the side of the pot has formed and separated from the pot and does not flow;

After ten minutes, turn the thick cake and fry for another 5 minutes.Isn’t it easy to turn over? Find a large plate, cover it on the top of the pot, buckle it upside down, and then pour it into the pot, just turn it over anyway;

The egg as a binder performs very well, the bottom of the cake is burnt and fragrant, and each one eats it like a slice of pizza.

I think my milk is still a little too much, and the eggs can be turned into five. The following is not an example.
