Potato chicken salad and spicy beef offal potatoes

Today I will share two recipes about potatoes. The first is potato and chicken salad, and the second is spicy beef offal and potato chips. It’s really delicious.

1 chicken leg
1 potato
1 spoon of olive oil
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Favorite sweet and sour salad dressing 1 spoon

Remove the bones and skins of the chicken legs, use a fork to make holes in the top, cut the potatoes into small pieces, put them in a baking tray, and sprinkle with a proper amount of olive oil;

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. A grill underneath will make the chicken and potatoes easier to color;

Cut the roasted chicken thigh into the same small pieces as the potatoes, sprinkle with appropriate amount of black pepper and salt, then sprinkle with a little bit of sweet and sour salad dressing you like, mix well, and simply squeeze a little lemon juice;

The pea sprouts are blanched in boiling water with salt and oil for 1 minute, drained and seasoned with black pepper and salt, and ready to eat. I like the taste of pea sprouts, so I like the simple seasoning.

Next is the spicy beef offal and potato chips

One can of beef spicy hot pot ingredients
One potato
300g coriander

Heat a little oil in the bottom of the pan, add the potato chips and stir fry until it becomes slightly transparent, and then pour in some hot water.

Pour in canned beef sanxian, stir-fry evenly, and simmer for three minutes.
